This Agreement does not require any physical or digital endorsement by signature. You may choose not to access the Website if you do not agree with the contents of this Agreement.

All customers have to register and provide us personal information for placing orders on the Website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing on receipt of first communication or by contacting customer service.

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at MRP (Maximum Retail Price) unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that particular order.

Customer Cancellation:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service at +91 9657779450. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

Website Cancellation:

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer.

We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products, our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged or defective.

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Arbitration:

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by us and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.

The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The High Court of Nagpur alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of:

• The decline of authorization for any transaction
• On account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank
• Any technical issues or system failures beyond our control
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
